Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
Effective Immediately:
There will a non-refundable $15 charge to reschedule any class 3 days or less before the class date and a non-refundable $20 charge to reschedule your class if you held a seat and failed to attend (No Show). You can reschedule anytime prior to the scheduled date of class without penalty.
If you reschedule your payment will be applied to the new date. Any student that no-show's and fail to attend class on the scheduled day, TOPGUN CHL, LLC reserves the right to forfeit your payment without notification.
All pre-paid students who reschedule must complete the course no later than 90 days from the date of purchase or TOPGUN CHL, LLC reserves the right to forfeit your payment without notification.
TOPGUN CHL, LLC reserves the right to change our prices to remain competitive as we see fit without notification.

Private Shooting Lessons:
If you DO NOT reschedule your Private Shooting Lesson 24 hours prior to the lesson there will be a non-refundable $25 charge to reschedule your lesson. Any student who no show's the instructor and fails to give proper notification prior to the lesson, TOPGUN CHL, LLC reserves the right to forfeit your payment without notification. Notifying the Instructors will allow them to offer the time slots to other customers waiting to be scheduled.
Upon rescheduling, you will be notified to pay the fee before you are allowed to attend class. No Excuses or Exceptions!
CANCELLATIONS:
All classes require pre-registration and TOPGUN CHL, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any class-based the number of pre-registered attendees or inclement weather. Upon cancellation by TOPGUN CHL only, all refunds will be credited to your credit card if you pre-paid for your class.
Any classes canceled after the scheduled class are still subject to the $15 rescheduling fee if you reschedule for any future class dates.
No refunds will be issued due to the student's no shows or student cancellations.
RE-TESTING: You are allowed a second chance to re-take the written or proficiency test, however, there is a convenience fee to do so of the following and the student pays their own range fees and/or weapon rental + ammo if applicable. All re-test will be conducted during normal weekend scheduled classes unless arraignments are made to meet the instructor M-F in the evenings. M-F evening testing will require a $30 travel fee in addition to the convenience fee for the re-test.
Written Test - $15
Shooting Test - $21.50
Instructor Travel Fee - $30
All payments will be forfeited if the student fails to notify the instructor prior to attending, no excuses or exceptions.
If you are unable to successfully past the written or shooting test after the second attempt, you will be charged a $40 fee for every attempt after the second re-test.
